Having trouble sleeping means I have to take naps. It’s a good thing because it’s the only thing that helps the headaches, backpain and moodiness.

I just took a small nap and it does a lot of good ! Like a cat, I go to sleep where I drop.

Working all day long means I’m more tired at bedtime. Biking helps too. That’s what I’m telling myself when I see the work week ahead of me.
